Sierra has put a lot of work into improving team morale. I know I can't see everything she's doing, but I'm still constantly seeing her going out of her way to make sure our teammates and stakeholders feel appreciated.

2025 — Present
Webflow is the Website Experience Platform bringing development superpowers to everyone. My role is to customize and streamline the signup, login, and onboarding processes and to expand Webflow's offerings so our users can build even more. It's a privilege to use my web development skills to enable so many others to create their own sites.
2022 — 2024
While here, I gained a lot of experience as a mentor and technical thought leader. With my guidance, my team rebuilt nearly every commerce flow from scratch to give people access to their favorite content on Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN. Most memorably, I led the global release of consistently-styled subscriptions and other offers across each streaming service.
2018 — 2021
Immediately upon joining Nike's retail commerce team, I was known as our front-end expert. I left my mark on the developer community and led engineering forums for entire company. To help expand my perspective, I also spent six months as a Product Manager working on a project from the beginning all the way through launch. With a humble start of redesigning internal applications, I'll always look fondly on later being trusted to lead the creation of nike.com's brand new retail experience, my first public-facing website and a dream come true.
